Happy Mid autumn festival

Once again its moon cake festi...

but this yr baby couldnt celebrate it with me again:( 2 more week to endure...

met up with the usual peeps again. this time with mel cos it will be our last dinner with him bfore he gets kept in tekong for 2 weeks.

walked over to the park to hunt for lanterns.

vonnie and mh playing happily.




found some lanterns hung on the trees and managed to steal it.

so proud of finding lanterns... the lanterns do not have the stick for us to hold. so the cheapo us took some of those burnt sparklers stick and use it to hold our lanterns,

while we are wandering aimlessly around the park, mh and vonnie suddenly suggested throw swap their lanterns...

So off they go~

yes they did manage to catch it. but one of the fire extingushed.

After that, jon decided to join in the fun...

me being the scaredy cat decided to not play with fire so yep i missed out the fun :(

our stolen lanterns. ok actually it wasnt really stolen... people just left their lanterns there after finishing playing with it and so we just reused it.. reuse reduce and recycle rmb?

As our candles are burning out, we decided to look for any leftovers around the park to light up our lanterns...

n beforewe know, we found a big big bag of candles!! look at jon's face.. its saying wahhh we found gold... lol

ok not just vonnie. we all took turns adding the candles into it.
